Standard delivery across UAE within 2–4 working days.

Free shipping on orders above AED 150.

A delivery fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 150.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
• All tags must be attached and original packaging must be intact.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued and reflected in the wallet section of your profile.

Returns & Store Credit

• Monetary refunds are not provided.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit, redeemable on future purchases.
• Store credit is non-transferable.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order Number
• Clear photographic evidence

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit. In such cases, all shipping costs will be covered by ADATTO.

Shipping Responsibility

• Exchange shipping fees, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of request.
• We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions.
