If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Exchange Policy Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, in case of unavailabilty, a store credit will be issued which will be seen in the wallet in your profile. Returns & Store Credit ADATTO does not provide monetary refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, redeemable on future purchases. Store credit is non-transferable. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide: Order No. Clear photographic evidence Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit. In such cases, all the shipping costs will be covered by us. Shipping Responsibility Exchange shipping fees, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of request. We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions.
