Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, in case of unavailabilty, a store credit will be issued which will be seen in the wallet in your profile. Returns & Store Credit ADATTO does not provide monetary refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, redeemable on future purchases. Store credit is non-transferable. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide: Order No. Clear photographic evidence Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit. In such cases, all the shipping costs will be covered by us.
